The Heart of Fostering

Many of the teens there are completely alone. They need guidance as they look for jobs, start college, learn basic life skills, and build healthy relationships. They need people who will show up. People who will care. People who will show them the love of Jesus in everyday ways.

Your support helps reduce the number of children entering foster care, shortens the time children remain in the child welfare system, and increases the likelihood of successful reunification with biological or kinship families. This is your chance to take action now and change a child’s life.

Our Care Community invited us to join the church who has been serving us, and since we started going, we have found so much blessing, connection, and community there. For the first time, this has given us a church community, family, and friends. It’s so nice to finally have other people to lean on.

Joy has shared that this Care Community is the first time she’s been able to open up to people. She finally feels connected and like she doesn’t have to do it alone anymore.
